Breeding

I’m curious if anyone has figured breeding out yet. I have two puffs in my barn right now, but I’m unsure how to breed them. I am wondering if they have to be fully evolved? Or maybe there’s some miracle potion or something simple I am missing! Also wondering about fish, it says there’s a fish nursery area, but I’m not sure how to breed fish? It sure would be a lot easier than going out fishing all the time!
