Took a look see at the Windhorn Entry on the Wiki & it does seem plausible for it to have a Electric Path in the future... :D
I agree, when Worlds operate on a "Four Elements System", Wind, Earth, Fire, Water, it's common for Lightning & Wind to be Bunkmates. :)
